黃遵楠教授是海歸博士,化學(xué)專業(yè)教授,博士生導(dǎo)師和博士后合作導(dǎo)師?,F(xiàn)為廣東醫(yī)科大學(xué)東莞科研中心副主任和中美腫瘤研究所副所長。同時(shí)還兼任近20個(gè)國際知名SCI期刊??妥鶊?zhí)行主編、編委和審稿人,國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目評議專家,廣東省杰出青年基金、廣東省自然科學(xué)基金、廣東特支計(jì)劃人才、廣東省教育廳高級職稱、廣東省四川省和江西省科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)的評審專家,江蘇省科技咨詢專家,以及廣東省四個(gè)省級學(xué)會(huì)的理事或?qū)I(yè)委員會(huì)委員。黃遵楠教授于1993年本科雙學(xué)士學(xué)位畢業(yè)于南開大學(xué)化學(xué)系和企業(yè)管理系,1996年理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位畢業(yè)于廈門大學(xué)化學(xué)系,2005年哲學(xué)博士學(xué)位畢業(yè)于美國俄克拉荷馬大學(xué)化學(xué)與生物化學(xué)系,2006-2012年在美國密蘇里大學(xué)圣路易斯分校和美國明尼蘇達(dá)大學(xué)荷美爾研究院做博士后等科研工作,是2013年廣東省“揚(yáng)帆計(jì)劃”引進(jìn)緊缺拔尖人才,2016年東莞市第七屆優(yōu)秀科技工作者,2017年廣東省教育廳推薦“國家百千萬工程人才”10名候選人之一。致力于計(jì)算生物和精準(zhǔn)藥物設(shè)計(jì),主要研究方向是腫瘤細(xì)胞分子機(jī)制、計(jì)算機(jī)輔助藥物設(shè)計(jì)與生物信息學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等,研究領(lǐng)域橫跨計(jì)算生物學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、病理生理學(xué)、藥理學(xué)、中藥學(xué)以及臨床醫(yī)學(xué)。已主持國家和省部級課題7項(xiàng)(包括2項(xiàng)國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目)。在國內(nèi)外期刊或?qū)V习l(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文61篇,SCI收錄論文的累積影響因子近170;特別是2016年來已發(fā)表第一或通訊作者SCI論文19篇,累計(jì)影響因子60分。已主編國際知名學(xué)術(shù)期刊Curr Pharm Des專刊1期,培養(yǎng)出碩士生3名,本科生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才30余名。
