  個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷
  男,1971年5月生于內(nèi)蒙烏蘭浩特市。1999年3月于哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)航天學(xué)院,獲得博士學(xué)位。主要從事高速高精機(jī)器與復(fù)雜設(shè)備系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)建模與優(yōu)化、結(jié)構(gòu)工程及振動(dòng)控制等方面的研究。在實(shí)際工作中,已陸續(xù)參加和主持了國(guó)內(nèi)外(科技部、中國(guó)航天科技集團(tuán),中科院重大知識(shí)創(chuàng)新、新加坡政府、世界第一大半導(dǎo)體封裝設(shè)備供應(yīng)商ASM亞太研究中心,上海微電子裝備有限公司等),某大型叉車的模態(tài)分析、測(cè)試、振動(dòng)傳遞機(jī)理及動(dòng)力學(xué)優(yōu)化等多項(xiàng)大型高新項(xiàng)目的研究,參加和承擔(dān)過(guò)國(guó)家十五與863重大專項(xiàng),承擔(dān)2項(xiàng)有關(guān)的重大專項(xiàng)的子項(xiàng)目,如水下無(wú)人巡航機(jī)器人、后道微電子封裝設(shè)備(如引線鍵合機(jī)、注塑封裝機(jī)等)、前道制造設(shè)備(100nm光刻機(jī))的研究工作,在業(yè)內(nèi)從事超精密半導(dǎo)體制造設(shè)備研制工作多年,攻克了許多技術(shù)難關(guān)。2009年以來(lái)與中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)水下機(jī)器人項(xiàng)目組合作,擔(dān)任合作教授,已積累較多的工程經(jīng)驗(yàn),發(fā)表高水平的學(xué)術(shù)論文60余篇,其中SCI收錄近20余篇(其中第一作者16篇), 申請(qǐng)了近40項(xiàng)高水平的發(fā)明專利,其中19篇業(yè)已授權(quán),多次受邀參加國(guó)內(nèi)外舉辦的高水平的學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議,并受邀為國(guó)際有影響的學(xué)術(shù)雜志,如IEEE Transactions on Magnetics、IEEE Transactions on Control System Technology與IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering,IEEE Trans on Industrial Electronics等多種知名雜志之特約審稿人等。于2006年8月獲上海浦江人才計(jì)劃資助的項(xiàng)目“雙軸驅(qū)動(dòng)高速高精工件臺(tái)研制”(A類),在2008年8月獲評(píng)“出色地”完成;2008年1月曾榮獲教育部自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)(第二完成人)等多個(gè)項(xiàng)目獎(jiǎng)。
