  1.釀酒酵母(S.cerevisiae)抗逆與高產(chǎn)乙醇分子機(jī)制及適應(yīng)逆境進(jìn)化的機(jī)理研究;基因組結(jié)構(gòu)變異與代謝工程等構(gòu)建高效利用多種糖、抗逆高產(chǎn)乙醇的酵母工業(yè)菌株;大規(guī)模乙醇工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)節(jié)水節(jié)能減排高產(chǎn),降低環(huán)境污染及生產(chǎn)成本的機(jī)制與技術(shù)集成研究。
  2. 具藥用與保健功能生物源活性化合物的篩選、結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定、藥理與生理功能研究;基因組水平挖掘發(fā)現(xiàn)新天然活性化合物及其生物合成基因(簇)、合成途徑解析與優(yōu)化研究。
  3.工業(yè)微生物產(chǎn)量性狀遺傳與關(guān)鍵基因的結(jié)構(gòu)、表達(dá)調(diào)控與高產(chǎn)菌株的構(gòu)建研究。
