  沈錫輝,男,1972年11月出生,陜西省商州市丹鳳縣人,1994年本科畢業(yè)于西北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)系,1997年碩士研究生畢業(yè)于西北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)系,2005年在中科院微生物所獲微生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位,2005-2008年為美國普度大學(xué)生物科學(xué)系博士后,2008-2010年被聘為中科院武漢病毒所病毒學(xué)國家重點實驗室副研究員,現(xiàn)為西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。
  主要研究方向為微生物分子生理學(xué)和生物化學(xué),以谷氨菌棒桿菌、嗜肺軍團菌、假結(jié)核耶爾森氏菌等重要的模式微生物為模型,利用生物化學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)和功能基因組學(xué)技術(shù)進行微生物重要代謝途徑、致病因子的分子生理學(xué)研究,并在此基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)現(xiàn)重要的藥物作用靶標(biāo),以及設(shè)計新的代謝工程策略,通過對微生物進行系統(tǒng)生物技術(shù)改造,從而利用微生物技術(shù)進行污染物的降解和生物質(zhì)源大宗化學(xué)品的合成,以及為病原微生物的防治提供理論指導(dǎo)和技術(shù)支持。在PLos Pathogens, Cellular Microbiology, Applied and Environmental Microbiology等國際著名期刊發(fā)表研究論文10余篇,是國際期刊Archives of Microbiology的審稿人。
