歸國(guó)前擔(dān)任哈佛大學(xué)/麻省理工學(xué)院 nih transformative award 雙聘博士后研究員。擔(dān)任遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)成員,中醫(yī)臟象理論及應(yīng)用教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、遼寧省中藥現(xiàn)代化重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室成員。同時(shí)擔(dān)任十余本國(guó)際知名學(xué)術(shù)期刊特邀審稿人,完成了一系列國(guó)際級(jí)科技評(píng)審工作。
冷博士在哈佛大學(xué)和麻省理工學(xué)院工作期間指導(dǎo)研究生發(fā)表多篇sci高水平論文,獲得最佳指導(dǎo)教師的評(píng)價(jià)。指導(dǎo)完成的項(xiàng)目獲得多項(xiàng)國(guó)家專利授權(quán),多項(xiàng)臨床檢測(cè)發(fā)明專利并得到學(xué)術(shù)推廣,獲上海市科技成果獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。主持的哈佛大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院科技項(xiàng)目,被評(píng)為年度最有價(jià)值的生物醫(yī)學(xué)檢測(cè)方法。實(shí)驗(yàn)室在核酸分子精準(zhǔn)檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域取得國(guó)際同行的認(rèn)可。與哈佛大學(xué)附屬麻省總醫(yī)院、兒童醫(yī)院;復(fù)旦大學(xué)附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院、中山醫(yī)院以及歐美頂尖醫(yī)藥企業(yè)諾華、輝瑞、賽默飛等合作研發(fā)醫(yī)藥檢測(cè)新方法,科研成果得到產(chǎn)業(yè)界頂級(jí)媒體的多次報(bào)道,建立了產(chǎn)、學(xué)、研的良性循環(huán),形成了研究生實(shí)驗(yàn)室培養(yǎng),醫(yī)院、生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)搶人的良好局面。
本實(shí)驗(yàn)室的研究方向?yàn)椋褐嗅t(yī)藥研究新方法開(kāi)發(fā)及應(yīng)用。綜合利用生物分析化學(xué)、系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)等方法研究生命分子如何與暴露物質(zhì)相互作用及相關(guān)疾病的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,重點(diǎn)針對(duì)組成機(jī)體的重要組成核酸、蛋白質(zhì)、脂質(zhì)開(kāi)展工作,并研究中醫(yī)藥對(duì)于細(xì)胞和組織的修復(fù)行為。哈佛大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院干細(xì)胞研究所主任rich、斯坦福大學(xué)資深生物醫(yī)藥分析教授zare和行業(yè)國(guó)際頂級(jí)期刊的現(xiàn)任主編jonh曾高度評(píng)價(jià)冷博士對(duì)于分析科學(xué)界的貢獻(xiàn)。
冷博士主持國(guó)家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目和高層次人才項(xiàng)目?jī)身?xiàng),并作為重要成員參與國(guó)際項(xiàng)目,完成了一系列國(guó)際團(tuán)隊(duì)優(yōu)秀成果。建立了一系列涉及小分子、核酸和蛋白質(zhì)的醫(yī)藥檢測(cè)方法,指導(dǎo)完成的同位素標(biāo)記生物醫(yī)藥分析方法、精準(zhǔn)核酸修飾組學(xué)、精準(zhǔn)蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)等取得了美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院nih和麻省理工學(xué)院mit同行的認(rèn)可與一致好評(píng)。
