  研究內(nèi)容介紹
  “下丘腦-垂體-靶器官”作用通路,是調(diào)節(jié)動物生長發(fā)育的主要途徑。李娟博士目前在國家自然科學基金, 國家高科技研究計劃(863),轉(zhuǎn)基因新品種培育專項支持下,以家雞為研究模型,關注“下丘腦-垂體-卵巢”通路,圍繞催乳素生成釋放機制,卵泡發(fā)育機制開展受體功能鑒定與基因網(wǎng)絡調(diào)控解析。
