  主要研究方向
 ?。?)小麥面粉優(yōu)質(zhì)的遺傳機理與分子育種:包括面粉優(yōu)質(zhì)與營養(yǎng)優(yōu)質(zhì)相關(guān)基因的發(fā)掘和功能研究;體細胞雜種谷蛋白基因的分子進化模式研究;優(yōu)質(zhì)亞基的分子標記輔助育種;結(jié)合常規(guī)育種、基因工程育種、分子標記輔助育種進行優(yōu)質(zhì)、高產(chǎn)等優(yōu)異品質(zhì)的聚合育種,研究高產(chǎn)與優(yōu)質(zhì)的遺傳規(guī)律;研究體細胞雜交小麥乳糜瀉抗原減少的機理,探索低乳糜瀉小麥檢測技術(shù),創(chuàng)制低/無乳糜瀉小麥新種質(zhì)或新品種;
  (2)在基因組、轉(zhuǎn)錄組等水平研究小麥種子儲藏蛋白表達調(diào)控機制和細胞抗脅迫機制。
