　　腫瘤細胞信號轉(zhuǎn)導和抗腫瘤藥物篩選:
　　本研究組將以中國人高發(fā)腫瘤為研究對象，充分利用分子生物學，基因組學及蛋白質(zhì)組學等技術(shù)，研究腫瘤細胞發(fā)生、發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)移的分子機理；腫瘤細胞死亡的分子機制及信號轉(zhuǎn)導；抗腫瘤藥物的作用機制及抗腫瘤靶向藥物篩選系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建等。
