  教育背景
  1978年-1982年:山東大學(xué)生物學(xué)系動物胚胎學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生,1982年獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位。
  1983年-1988年:在法國巴黎第六大學(xué)博士研究生,發(fā)育生物學(xué)專業(yè),1988年獲得博士學(xué)位。
  1988年-1989年:在法國原子能中心作博士后研究。
  1989年-1997年:任法國國家科學(xué)研究中心研究員。
  1998-至今:任法國國家科學(xué)研究中心主任研究員。
  2006-至今:任山東大學(xué)講座教授。
  
  研究方向
  多年來一直從事發(fā)育生物學(xué)研究. 利用兩棲類(非洲爪蟾)和斑馬魚胚胎為動物模式,對動物胚胎發(fā)育過程中的信號傳遞通路和基因功能,調(diào)控機(jī)理用分子生物學(xué),細(xì)胞生物學(xué),生物化學(xué)和生物物理學(xué)等手段和實驗工具進(jìn)行跨學(xué)科的研究。特別是通過對Wnt信號通路的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能研究來篩選對治療和預(yù)防腫瘤發(fā)生的化學(xué)藥物在國際領(lǐng)先。另一個研究方向集中在人類遺傳疾病相關(guān)基因在胚胎發(fā)育中的功能和作用機(jī)理,為人類遺傳疾病的致病機(jī)理提供重要的理論基礎(chǔ)。
  
  研究成果及發(fā)表論文
  多幾年來在研究胚胎發(fā)育機(jī)制及研究信號通路機(jī)理等領(lǐng)域取得令國際同行公認(rèn)的成果,并有廣泛的國際合作。在Development, Molecular Cell, EMBO J, Developmental Biology等影響因子高的發(fā)育生物學(xué)和分子生物學(xué)國際權(quán)威雜志上已發(fā)表論文近60余篇。累計被引用
  超過1500次,部分論文的單篇引用次數(shù)超過160次。個人H因子達(dá)到22。
