一、 工程領(lǐng)域簡(jiǎn)介 (Introduction of Engineering Field)
建筑與土木工程是研究創(chuàng)造和設(shè)計(jì)各類(lèi)工程形態(tài)與環(huán)境,建造與完善各類(lèi)工程設(shè)施的工程領(lǐng)域,具體包括各類(lèi)工程形態(tài)、設(shè)施與環(huán)境的勘測(cè)、設(shè)計(jì)、施工和維護(hù)。本領(lǐng)域涵蓋建筑學(xué)、土木工程兩個(gè)一級(jí)學(xué)科,擁有巖土工程博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)。土木工程學(xué)科下設(shè)巖土工程、結(jié)構(gòu)工程、市政工程、供熱供燃?xì)馔L(fēng)與空調(diào)工程、防災(zāi)減災(zāi)及防護(hù)工程、橋梁與隧道工程6個(gè)研究方向;建筑學(xué)學(xué)科下設(shè)建筑設(shè)計(jì)及其理論、城市規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)2個(gè)研究方向。該領(lǐng)域特色研究主要有:結(jié)構(gòu)抗震隔震減震控制新技術(shù)、結(jié)構(gòu)損傷識(shí)別與健康診斷新技術(shù)、巖土工程新技術(shù)、路橋工程新技術(shù)、環(huán)境巖土工程新技術(shù)、爆破工程新技術(shù)、土木工程新材料、土木工程設(shè)計(jì)與施工新技術(shù)、水處理及污染控制新技術(shù)、建筑設(shè)計(jì)與城市規(guī)劃的理論及應(yīng)用等方面。
該領(lǐng)域擁有一支職稱、學(xué)歷、年齡和學(xué)緣結(jié)構(gòu)合理、研究方向相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)梯隊(duì),教授17人,副教授30人,博士生導(dǎo)師14人,碩士生導(dǎo)師26人;其中,國(guó)務(wù)院政府特殊津貼獲得者1人,遼寧特聘教授1人,遼寧省教學(xué)名師2人,遼寧省“百千萬(wàn)人才工程”百人層次人選5人,千人層次2人,遼寧省優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃獲得者6人。
該領(lǐng)域擁有設(shè)備先進(jìn)的土木工程實(shí)驗(yàn)實(shí)訓(xùn)中心,下設(shè)巖土工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室、結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、土木工程新材料實(shí)驗(yàn)室、防災(zāi)減災(zāi)工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室、市政工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室等多個(gè)功能齊全的實(shí)驗(yàn)室,其中包括一個(gè)省級(jí)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室;另外還設(shè)有建筑物理實(shí)驗(yàn)室。
目前,該領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)完成或在研國(guó)家級(jí)各類(lèi)基金項(xiàng)目20項(xiàng),省部級(jí)基金項(xiàng)目82項(xiàng);獲得省部級(jí)科研獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)37項(xiàng),市廳級(jí)科研獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)87項(xiàng);擁有國(guó)家發(fā)明專利授權(quán)27項(xiàng),出版專著10部。
Architectural and civil engineering is an engineering field to study the creation and design of various engineering forms and environments, and to build and perfect various engineering facilities, including the investigation, design, construction and maintenance of various engineering forms, facilities and environment. The field covers two first-level disciplines of architecture and civil engineering, boasting doctoral degree authority of geotechnical engineering. Civil engineering discipline boasts 6 research orientations, including geotechnical engineering , structural engineering , municipal engineering , heat supply gases supply ventilation and air conditioning engineering , disaster prevention and reduction and protection engineering , bridge and tunnel engineering. Architecture discipline consists of 2 research orientations, including architectural design and theory, urban planning and design. Featured research orientations in this field covers new technology of anti-seismic isolation vibration control , new technology of structural damage detection and health diagnosis , geotechnical engineering new technology , road and bridge engineering new technology , environmental geotechnical engineering new technology , blasting engineering new technology , civil engineering new materials , civil engineering design and construction new technology , water treatment and pollution new technology , the theory and application of architecture design and urban design and soon .
The field has a professional academic team with different academic titles , various educational background , ages , academic sources and relatively stable research orientation. In the academic team, there are 17 professors , 30 associate professors , 14 doctoral tutors , 26 master tutors , among which, 1 person granted the government of the state council special allowance winner , 1 person granted distinguished professor of Liaoning , 2 people granted teaching masters in Liaoning province , 4 people titled “one hundred talented people level” in Liaoning province “pacesetter talent project” , 5 people titled one thousand people level , 6 people granted talents support program winner in Liaoning province .
The field boasts professional experimental center with advanced equipment , consisting of geotechnical engineering laboratory , structural laboratory , civil engineering new materials laboratory , disaster prevention and reduction engineering laboratory , municipal engineering laboratory , construction physics laboratory and so on , including a provincial key laboratory . There is also a building physics laboratory.
At present, the field has been completed at the national level of 20 national fund projects, 82 provincial fund projects; thirty-seven scientific and provincial research awards were awarded, and 87 municipal research awards were awarded; It has 27 national invention patents and 10 publications.
二、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)(Cultivation Objectives)
全日制專業(yè)碩士研究生側(cè)重于工程實(shí)踐與應(yīng)用,本領(lǐng)域面向經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)產(chǎn)業(yè)部門(mén)的專業(yè)需求,為建筑與土木工程領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的國(guó)有大中型企業(yè)及其他工程建設(shè)部門(mén),培養(yǎng)具有一定創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用能力的復(fù)合型高層次工程技術(shù)和工程管理人才。
Full-time master’s degree is a professional degree related to the qualification in engineering field and focuses on engineering practice and application. The field as a professional master’s degree authorization unit culture geared to the needs of economic and social sector professional demand, for state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises in the fields of architecture and civil engineering and other engineering construction department, training have ability to innovative applications of high-level engineering and engineering management talents. 
三、培養(yǎng)要求(Cultivation Requirements)
(1)掌握馬克思主義、毛澤東思想和鄧小平理論;擁護(hù)黨的基本路線、方針和政策;熱愛(ài)祖國(guó),遵紀(jì)守法,具有良好的職業(yè)道德和創(chuàng)業(yè)精神,能夠積極為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和社會(huì)發(fā)展服務(wù)。
(2)掌握建筑與土木工程領(lǐng)域堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)理論和寬廣的專業(yè)知識(shí);掌握解決建筑與土木工程科學(xué)與技術(shù)問(wèn)題的方法和手段;具有獨(dú)立擔(dān)負(fù)建筑與土木工程相關(guān)技術(shù)或管理工作的能力。
(3)掌握一門(mén)外國(guó)語(yǔ)。能比較熟練地閱讀本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的外文資料,并具有一定的寫(xiě)作能力。
(4)具有較強(qiáng)的計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用能力,能熟練應(yīng)用專業(yè)領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)軟件及常用的分析軟件。
(1)Full-time master’s degree holders should have a better grasp of Marxism , Mao Zedong thought and Deng Xiaoping theory ; supporting the party’s basic lines and policies ; loving the motherland , observing disciplines and obeying laws , having good work ethic and enterprising spirit , be active for our country economic construction and social development service .
(2)Full-time master’s degree holders should master the solid foundation theory and broad expertise in the field of engineering ; mastering the advanced technical methods and modern techniques of solving engineering problems ; ability to be innovative and independent in engineering or engineering management .
(3)Full-time master’s degree holders should have master of a foreign language, able to read foreign language materials in the field of this subject, and have certain writing ability.
(4)Full-time master’s degree holders should have strong computer application ability, proficient in the application of relevant computational design software and commonly used analysis software.

本研究方向主要研究建筑設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)理論與設(shè)計(jì)方法?;A(chǔ)理論包括建筑設(shè)計(jì)原理、建筑空間理論、建筑形態(tài)理論、建筑批評(píng)、綠色建筑、職業(yè)建筑師業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)踐等,以及公共建筑、居住建筑、文化建筑、教育建筑、高層建筑等各種類(lèi)型建筑的設(shè)計(jì)原理。設(shè)計(jì)方法包括建筑設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程研究、建筑策劃與項(xiàng)目可行性研究、計(jì)算機(jī)在建筑設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用研究等。
This research focuses on the basic theory and design method of architectural design. Basic theory includes the architectural design principle, the theory of architectural space, the theory of architectural form, architectural criticism, the green building, professional architect business practices and so on, and the design theory of public buildings, residential buildings, culture buildings, education buildings, high-rise building and all kinds buildings. The design method includes architectural design process research, architectural planning and project feasibility study, the application of computer in architectural design, etc.
8 城市規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)
Urban Planning and Design
本研究方向主要研究城市空間形態(tài)的規(guī)律,通過(guò)空間規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)滿足城市的基本功能和形態(tài)要求,整合土地使用、交通組織、社區(qū)空間、綜合功能開(kāi)發(fā)、歷史文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)等要求,使城市及其各組成部分之間相互和諧,展現(xiàn)城市的整體形象,同時(shí)滿足人類(lèi)對(duì)生活、社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)以及美觀的需求。
This research focuses on the law of urban space morphology , and satisfies the basic function and morphology requirements of the city through spatial planning and design, integrating the requirements of land use, traffic organization, community space, the function of comprehensive development, the protection of historical and cultural heritage to make the harmony between the city and each component , to show the overall image of the city, at the same time to satisfy the human demand for life, society, economy and beautiful.
 
五、學(xué)制與學(xué)習(xí)年限(Duration of Schooling and Length of Schooling)
全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生學(xué)制2.5年,學(xué)習(xí)年限:2.5-4年。
The study period of full-time graduate student is 2.5 years, the study period is 2.5-4 years.
六、培養(yǎng)方式(Cultivation Mode)
(1)全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生采取學(xué)校和實(shí)踐基地聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)、集中授課的培養(yǎng)方式。課程學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)行學(xué)分制,其中公共課的學(xué)習(xí)、論文的選題、中期考核、學(xué)位論文中期報(bào)告、論文的預(yù)答辯和答辯等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)均在校內(nèi)完成,論文研究時(shí)間不低于1年。
(2)全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的培養(yǎng)實(shí)行雙導(dǎo)師制,以校內(nèi)導(dǎo)師為主,聘請(qǐng)企業(yè)內(nèi)具有高級(jí)技術(shù)職稱的專業(yè)工程技術(shù)人員擔(dān)任副導(dǎo)師。注重工程實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng),要求至少有6個(gè)月以上的工程實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)。
(1)Full time master’s graduate student takes the training methods of jointly cultivating of university and practice bases, and lecturing in school。Course implement adopts the credit system, among them, the general course of study, the thesis topic, mid-term examination, the dissertation interim report, thesis pre-defense and defense and each link must be completed in the school, the paper studied not less than 1 years.
(2)The training and study of full-time graduate students is based on double-tutor system , the main tutor from university and professional engineers and technicians with senior technical titles in the company are hired as assistant tutors. Focusing on the cultivation of engineering practice ability, production practice is more than 6 months.
