一、工程領(lǐng)域概況(Field Introduction

電氣工程學(xué)科(Electrical Engineering, 簡(jiǎn)稱 EE)是研究電能的產(chǎn)生、傳輸、轉(zhuǎn)換、控制、儲(chǔ)存和利用的學(xué)科,它包括電力系統(tǒng)及其自動(dòng)化、電機(jī)與電器、高電壓與絕緣技術(shù)、電力電子與電力傳動(dòng)、電工理論與新技術(shù)五個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)科,其理論基礎(chǔ)是電磁場(chǎng)理論和電路理論。電氣工程學(xué)科與信息、能源和材料等學(xué)科相互交叉和滲透,在我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中具有十分重要的地位。
本校電氣工程學(xué)科于 1981 年獲得國(guó)家首批工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位授予權(quán),于 2001 年獲得工程碩士學(xué)位授予權(quán)。本學(xué)科建設(shè)近 40 年來,已為國(guó)家培養(yǎng) 1000 余名工學(xué)碩士和 500 余名工程碩士,這些已畢業(yè)的工學(xué)碩士和工程碩士已成為相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的骨干,為我國(guó)的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。
本學(xué)科現(xiàn)有教師 58 人,其中教授 12 人、副教授 25 人,教師中的博士比例達(dá)到了57%。這些教師已形成 4 個(gè)穩(wěn)定的研究方向,主要包括:電氣設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)與制造技術(shù)、電力電子技術(shù)及其在電力系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用、電力系統(tǒng)及其自動(dòng)化技術(shù)、礦山供配電系統(tǒng)的故障診斷及智能化技術(shù)。本學(xué)科現(xiàn)有電力電子與電力傳動(dòng)遼寧省重點(diǎn)學(xué)科、工礦電氣設(shè)備與電力電子技術(shù)遼寧省重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、礦山裝備智能化遼寧省工程技術(shù)研究中心,為本學(xué)科的四個(gè)研究方向提供了較大的研究平臺(tái)。依托這些研究方向和研究平臺(tái),近年來, 本學(xué)科在培養(yǎng)工程碩士的過程中,承擔(dān)了大量的國(guó)家級(jí)、省部級(jí)和企業(yè)橫向課題,取得了豐碩的研究成果,主要包括:獲得國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目 12 項(xiàng),獲得省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目和
橫向課題 100 余項(xiàng),出版著作 10 余部;發(fā)表論文 500 余篇,其中 SCI、EI 收錄 100 余篇,獲得國(guó)家專利 100 余項(xiàng),其中發(fā)明專利 20 余項(xiàng),獲得省部級(jí)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì) 20 余項(xiàng)。這些研究成果在國(guó)內(nèi)電氣工程領(lǐng)域具有較大影響,為振興遼寧、支持國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)做出了較大貢獻(xiàn)。
The discipline of electrical engineering studies the generation, transmission, conversion, control, storage and utilization of electrical energy, which includes five second-level discipline: power system and its automation, motor and electrical appliances, high voltage and insulation technology, power electronics and power transmission, electrician theory and new technology. The theoretical basis of the theory is the theory of electromagnetic field and the theory of circuit. The subject of electrical engineering interacts with information, energy and materials, and plays a very important role in the construction of our national economy.
The discipline of electrical engineering was authorized the first batch to confer master’s degree in science in 1981 and confer master’s degree in engineering in 2001.In the past 40 years, the discipline has trained more than 1000 master of science in engineering and more than 500 masters of engineering for the country. These graduates have become the mainstay of related fields and have made great contributions to China's national economic construction. There are 58 teachers in this discipline, of whom 12 are professors and 25 are associate professors, and the proportion of doctorate among teachers reaches 57%.These teachers have formed 4 stable research directions, including the design and manufacturing technology of electrical equipment, power electronics technology and its application in the power system, power system and its automation technology, fault diagnosis and intelligent technology of mine power supply and distribution system. This discipline has the key disciplines of power electronics and power transmission in Liaoning Province, industrial and mining electrical equipment and power electronics technology Liaoning key laboratory and mine equipment intelligent Liaoning Engineering Technology Research Center, which provides a large research platform for the four research directions of this discipline. Based on these research directions and research platforms, in recent years, in the course of training the master of engineering, this discipline has hosted and completed a large number of national, provincial and enterprise horizontal topics, and has achieved fruitful research results. Mainly include: 12 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, more than 100 provincial and lateral projects, more than 10 publications and more than 500 articles published, including more than 100 articles by SCI and EI, and more than 100 national patents, including 20 patents of invention, and more than 20 of the provincial and ministerial awards. Theseresearch results have great influence in the field of electrical engineering in China, and have made great contributions to revitalizing Liaoning and supporting national economic construction.
二、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)(Cultivation Objectives
本領(lǐng)域研究生應(yīng)掌握電氣工程領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)理論、先進(jìn)技術(shù)方法和手段,在電氣工程領(lǐng)域的某一方向具有獨(dú)立從事工程設(shè)計(jì)、工程實(shí)施,工程研究、工程開發(fā)或工程管理的能力;熟練掌握一門外國(guó)語(yǔ),能夠熟練地閱讀本專業(yè)的外文資料;具有運(yùn)用該門外國(guó)語(yǔ)聽、說、讀、寫和參加國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)交流的能力。

三、培養(yǎng)要求(Cultivation Requirements

(1) 掌握馬克思主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論、“三個(gè)代表”重要思想、科學(xué)發(fā)展觀及習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想理論,擁護(hù)黨的基本路線和方針、政策,熱愛祖國(guó)和人民,遵紀(jì)守法,品行端正,具有良好的職業(yè)道德和奉獻(xiàn)精神,積極為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和社會(huì)發(fā)展服務(wù),身心健康。
(2) 掌握所從事的工程領(lǐng)域的堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)理論和寬廣專業(yè)知識(shí);掌握解決復(fù)雜工程問題的先進(jìn)技術(shù)方法和現(xiàn)代技術(shù)手段;具有與學(xué)位相匹配的創(chuàng)新意識(shí)及能力和獨(dú)立擔(dān)負(fù)工程技術(shù)或工程管理工作的能力。
(3) 掌握至少一門外國(guó)語(yǔ),能較為熟練地閱讀本學(xué)科的外文資料,具有一定的寫作和翻譯能力并具備一定的國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)交流水平;掌握至少一種計(jì)算機(jī)語(yǔ)言及編程方法,較熟練的運(yùn)用至少一種本工程領(lǐng)域常用的分析軟件。

advanced technology and modern technology to solve complex engineering problems. Have the innovative consciousness and skills to match the degree and have the ability to work independently in technology engineering or engineering management.
(3) Master at least one foreign language, read the foreign language information of the
subject skillfully. Have certain writing and translation ability and have a certain level of international academic communication, master at least one computer language and programming method, and use at least one kind of analysis software commonly used in the field of engineering.
