課題組長(zhǎng)簡(jiǎn)介
周磊,男,39歲,廣西大學(xué)動(dòng)物科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,副院長(zhǎng)。入選首批廣西壯族自治區(qū)高層次人才、廣西優(yōu)秀專家、廣西“百人計(jì)劃”,獲廣西青年五四獎(jiǎng)?wù)?,中?guó)畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)動(dòng)物遺傳育種學(xué)分會(huì)理事、生理生化學(xué)分會(huì)理事,農(nóng)業(yè)生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)分會(huì)理事,亞熱帶農(nóng)業(yè)生物資源保護(hù)與利用國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室固定研究人員。先后留學(xué)德國(guó)糖尿病研究中心(杜塞爾多夫)、法國(guó)原子能委員會(huì)(巴黎)、美國(guó)賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)(費(fèi)城)。2013年作為學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人引進(jìn)到廣西大學(xué),建立分子營(yíng)養(yǎng)課題組。廣西大學(xué)是雙一流學(xué)科建設(shè)高校,入選教育部部區(qū)合建高校。課題組隸屬國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和自治區(qū)一流建設(shè)學(xué)科,課題組現(xiàn)有動(dòng)物代謝籠、核磁、CT等大型設(shè)備,具有生物化學(xué)和分子生物學(xué)研究的常規(guī)設(shè)備,在今后幾年的雙一流建設(shè)中還將購(gòu)置近千萬(wàn)的設(shè)備,實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)不弱于國(guó)內(nèi)、抑或國(guó)外相關(guān)專業(yè)。課題組正在開展基因功能、高通量測(cè)序分析、小分子化合物篩選和設(shè)計(jì)(已購(gòu)置Discovery Studio軟件)等工作,目前已積累非常豐富的組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),非常歡迎對(duì)生物、生物信息、分子模擬、化學(xué)生物學(xué)感興趣的同學(xué)加入。聯(lián)系方式:zhoulei@gxu.edu.cn。

課題組情況
分子營(yíng)養(yǎng)課題組依托廣西大學(xué)動(dòng)物科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院和亞熱帶農(nóng)業(yè)生物資源保護(hù)與利用國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,研究方向?yàn)樘侵x調(diào)控,在醫(yī)學(xué)上主要針對(duì)肥胖、糖尿病、脂肪肝等代謝疾??;在畜牧上研究脂肪性狀對(duì)繁殖、肉質(zhì)、瘦肉率的調(diào)控。已在hepatology、nucleic acids research等高水平雜志上發(fā)表多篇論文。課題組長(zhǎng)周老師入選廣西自治區(qū)優(yōu)秀專家、百人計(jì)劃、廣西大學(xué)杰出人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃,團(tuán)隊(duì)承擔(dān)多項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)、省部級(jí)研究課題。
1. 周老師從科研思路、實(shí)驗(yàn)技能和論文寫作方面親自指導(dǎo)學(xué)生,與學(xué)生一起做研究,全方位培養(yǎng)學(xué)生
