  成都大學(xué)商學(xué)院是學(xué)校辦學(xué)規(guī)模最大、辦學(xué)歷史最為悠久的學(xué)院之一，最早源于1981年創(chuàng)立的企業(yè)管理系。成都大學(xué)于1979年開辦企業(yè)管理本科專業(yè)，于1981年掛牌成立企業(yè)管理系，2011年成立經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院，2018年更名為商學(xué)院。學(xué)院秉承“厚德博學(xué)、格商濟(jì)世”的院訓(xùn)和“辦學(xué)以教師為本，教學(xué)以學(xué)生為本”的理念，致力于培養(yǎng)具有社會責(zé)任感、國際視野和創(chuàng)新精神的思想道德素質(zhì)好、理論功底扎實(shí)、專業(yè)應(yīng)用能力與市場適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)的高素質(zhì)復(fù)合型商科精英人才，服務(wù)成都、四川及全國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展與社會進(jìn)步。
 學(xué)院擁有“管理學(xué)”和“經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)”兩大學(xué)科門類，下有“工商管理”、“應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)”兩個(gè)一級學(xué)科，會計(jì)學(xué)、企業(yè)管理、國際貿(mào)易學(xué)三個(gè)二級學(xué)科。學(xué)院現(xiàn)有“工商管理”一級學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)，招收與培養(yǎng)會計(jì)學(xué)、企業(yè)管理、旅游管理三個(gè)專業(yè)的學(xué)術(shù)碩士研究生；2018年學(xué)院新增會計(jì)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)，將從2019年開始招收會計(jì)專業(yè)碩士研究生。學(xué)院開設(shè)有國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、工商管理、會計(jì)學(xué)、財(cái)務(wù)管理、審計(jì)學(xué)等5個(gè)本科專業(yè)，開設(shè)有ACCA、CMA、CFA、FRM培訓(xùn)中心，高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高起點(diǎn)、高效益建設(shè)了經(jīng)濟(jì)管理實(shí)驗(yàn)中心，形成了較為完整的、相互支撐的商學(xué)學(xué)科平臺和專業(yè)體系。學(xué)院現(xiàn)有在讀研究生和本科學(xué)生共計(jì)1900余人。
師資隊(duì)伍（Faculty and Staff）
  學(xué)院現(xiàn)有教職工103人。其中專任教師83人，高級職稱教師46人,擁有博士教師46人；國務(wù)院政府特殊津貼專家1人，教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才1人，財(cái)政部全國會計(jì)學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)軍人才1人，“百千萬人才工程”國家級人選1人，國家“有突出貢獻(xiàn)中青年專家” 1人，四川省學(xué)術(shù)和技術(shù)帶頭人1人，四川省學(xué)術(shù)與技術(shù)帶頭人后備人選2人，四川省有突出貢獻(xiàn)優(yōu)秀專家2人,特聘副研究員1人，特聘長江學(xué)者教授1人。學(xué)院還聘請有一批知名學(xué)者、優(yōu)秀企業(yè)家、外籍專家擔(dān)任客座教授。
人才培養(yǎng)（Talent Cultivation）
 學(xué)院始終秉持以學(xué)生為中心的人才培養(yǎng)觀念，以培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用型商科精英人才為己任，積極促進(jìn)教學(xué)研究與教學(xué)研究成果在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中的推廣應(yīng)用，突出實(shí)踐性、綜合性、應(yīng)用性和前瞻性，形成了特色鮮明的人才培養(yǎng)模式。
 學(xué)院建設(shè)了“會計(jì)學(xué)”特色與重點(diǎn)本科專業(yè)、“財(cái)務(wù)分析”省級精品在線開放課程、“績效管理”翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂等30余項(xiàng)教學(xué)質(zhì)量工程。其中，“財(cái)務(wù)分析”和“出納實(shí)務(wù)”在線開放課程已在全國教學(xué)平臺上線并面向全國學(xué)生授課。近年來，學(xué)生發(fā)表科學(xué)研究成果論文40余篇，獲得國家級、省級等各級各類創(chuàng)新訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目及學(xué)科競賽獎勵近200項(xiàng)，近年來考取國內(nèi)外研究生的人數(shù)與比例不斷攀升。畢業(yè)生普遍業(yè)務(wù)能力強(qiáng)、崗位適應(yīng)快、發(fā)展后勁足，長期受到用人單位的好評。學(xué)院數(shù)以萬計(jì)的歷屆畢業(yè)生，許多已經(jīng)走上各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位，有的成為政府部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人、大型企業(yè)集團(tuán)和上市公司負(fù)責(zé)人，更多的畢業(yè)生成了單位的業(yè)務(wù)骨干。
 學(xué)院實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系完備，以“確?；A(chǔ)，注重專業(yè)，突出特色”為原則，高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高起點(diǎn)、高效益建設(shè)了經(jīng)濟(jì)類、管理類等商科專業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,具有優(yōu)良的實(shí)驗(yàn)實(shí)訓(xùn)條件,著力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的專業(yè)技能與實(shí)踐能力。學(xué)院現(xiàn)建有“會計(jì)手工模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)室”、“會計(jì)信息化實(shí)驗(yàn)室”、“會計(jì)綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)室”、“ERP模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)室”、“企業(yè)管理全景模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)室”、“國際貿(mào)易綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)室”和“企業(yè)經(jīng)營創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地”，實(shí)驗(yàn)室面積1000余平米，儀器設(shè)備與軟件價(jià)值近1000萬元。為了提高學(xué)生實(shí)踐動手能力，學(xué)院與成都市相關(guān)部門、大型企業(yè)、大學(xué)生科技孵化園等機(jī)構(gòu)建立了友好戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴，搭建起了覆蓋面廣的實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)基地。目前已經(jīng)在銀行、事務(wù)所等50多家單位建立了實(shí)習(xí)基地。
科學(xué)研究（Scientific Research）
 學(xué)院長期致力于公司治理、績效管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理、人力資源管理、市場營銷、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、國際貿(mào)易、稅務(wù)、會計(jì)、審計(jì)、金融等多學(xué)科融合發(fā)展的理論與實(shí)踐研究和服務(wù)地方工作，科研能力和服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)能力持續(xù)增強(qiáng)，科研成果穩(wěn)步提升。近年來，學(xué)院共承擔(dān)國家社科基金項(xiàng)目6項(xiàng)，省部廳級項(xiàng)目100余項(xiàng)，到?？蒲薪?jīng)費(fèi)600余萬元。教師發(fā)表論文近500篇，其中CSSCI、EI期刊、中文核心期刊近300篇，出版專著和教材40余部（本）。
國際交流與合作（Exchange and Cooperation）
 學(xué)院與美國、荷蘭、新西蘭、泰國、馬來西亞等國家及臺灣地區(qū)的知名高校和研究機(jī)構(gòu)長期開展學(xué)術(shù)交流和學(xué)生本碩、本科雙學(xué)位等聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)工作。
 與泰國國家行政管理學(xué)院(NIDA)開展“3+1+2”旅游管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)管理本碩聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)。
 與臺灣銘傳大學(xué)（MCU）開展“2+1+1”財(cái)務(wù)管理本科聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)。
 與馬來西亞拉曼大學(xué)學(xué)院（TARC）開展“2+2”會計(jì)學(xué)ACCA方向本科雙學(xué)位聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)，開展管理學(xué)科類專業(yè)的本碩聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)。

The school is committed to the theory and practice research for multidisciplinary development and integration in Corporate Governance, Performance Management, Project Management, Environmental Accounting. Meanwhile, it concentrates on the service work of Enterprise Management, Enterprise Financial Analysis and Risk Management. In addition, it is also absorbed in creative and high-quality talent education for Business Administration and Applied Economics. Therefore, it enjoys a high reputation in Sichuan and even southwest of China.


Faculty and Staff
The college has 103 faculty members. Among them, 83 are full-time teachers, 46 are with senior professional titles and 46 have doctor degrees. We have one special government allowance expert of the state council, one new century outstanding talent of the ministry of education, one national accounting academic leading talent of the ministry of finance, one national candidate of "hundreds of thousands of talents project", one national "young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions", one academic and technical leader of Sichuan province, two reserve candidates of academic and technical leaders of Sichuan province, two experts with outstanding contributions of Sichuan province, one special associate researcher and one special Yangtze river scholar professor. The college also employs a number of famous scholars, outstanding entrepreneurs, and foreign experts as visiting professors.
Strategies  
According to the concept of teaching and research combined as well as the foundation of discipline and teaching staff construction, the school is commit to constructing high-level  Economics and Management discipline in order to become the talent intelligence center in southwest of China.
Under the strategy of enhancing intensional connotation to promote development, the school emphatically focuses on discipline construction of Business Management and the talent cultivation in Economics and Management fields. Moreover, the school intensively carries out the interdisciplinary research in Tourism, Economics and Management, especially the tourism planning, exhibition economics, enterprise management and financial management.
Scientific Research
The school has long been committed to the theoretical and practical research on corporate governance, performance management, financial management, human resource management, marketing, regional economy, international trade, tax, accounting, auditing, finance and other multidisciplinary integration development and local service work. The scientific research capacity and service capacity of local economic construction have been continuously enhanced, and the scientific research achievements have been steadily improved. In recent years, the school has undertaken 6 national social science funding projects, and more than 100 provincial, ministerial and departmental projects, with a scientific research fund of more than 6 million yuan.
